Refer a CDL-A driver, they get hired and complete their first milestone, and you earn a referral bonus — paid in two installments. There's no cap on referrals. The more great drivers you bring in, the more you earn.
Any active Paragon driver in good standing can participate. The driver you refer must hold a valid CDL-A, meet our standard hiring requirements, and be a new hire to Paragon. Refer as many qualified drivers as you want — there's no cap.
