Paragon Ambassador Program - the more you bring, the more you get

When Paragon was first established, one of the first principles of the new company was that it had to be built around a growing, family-like community based on trust, respect, and sharing.

When Paragon was first established, one of the first principles of the new company was that it had to be built around a growing, family-like community based on trust, respect, and sharing. As we grow, we get to enjoy the benefits of having great relationships within the company.

Paragon Army is a brand new Driver Referral program.

Today we have launched a brand new Truck Driver Referral program - Paragon Army. Not only does it allow you to refer truck drivers and influence our team, but it also brings you more financial freedom. Drivers get to have more control over their CPM.

Build your own Paragon Army!

Paragon Freight, Inc. has updated the referral program to something that we hope will give you more incentive in referring your friends, family, and other drivers you might know.

Instead of giving out cash bonuses, we decided to have salary increases for every driver you bring! It's always better to have a steady income than to get a one-time payment to your check!

If the driver you have referred gets terminated or decides to pursue other opportunities, the cent increase you had gotten for that driver is now inactive. The longer the driver is at the company, the longer you have your bonus!

Earn more - bring more home. Build your own #ParagonArmy

In most trucking companies you're only paid while driving, but at Paragon Freight, this is not the case. Thanks to this fantastic Ambassador program, you will earn more. All you need to do is share your experience with other drivers and invite them to join the Paragon team. As your army grows, so will your salary. The larger the army, the higher the earnings.
