How many miles do your drivers average?
Our dedicated solo drivers at Paragon Freight cover an average of 2,900 to 3,500 miles, while our hard-running team drivers go the extra mile, averaging between 5,500 to 6,500 miles. In fact, our ambitious team drivers can even surpass 7,000 miles!
What kind of equipment do you have?
Our fleet consists of modern trucks manufactured between 2019 and 2023. Each truck is meticulously maintained and equipped with amenities to enhance driver comfort, including a refrigerator, microwave, inverter, and automatic transmission. We proudly operate Volvo, Mack, Freightliner, and International trucks.
At Paragon Freight, we believe in rewarding our drivers for their skills and experience. Our solo drivers can earn up to $.65 CPM, while team drivers can earn up to $.75 CPM based on their driving record and expertise.

Can I take the truck home?
If you have a safe place to park the truck, you are welcome to take it home. However, for more extended vacations, we kindly request that the truck be parked at our yard for security purposes.
How many years of experience do you require?
To ensure the highest level of professionalism and expertise, we require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable over-the-road experience from our drivers.
Do you have 24/7 support?
Absolutely! At Paragon Freight, we provide round-the-clock support to our drivers. Our dedicated tracking and dispatch teams are available day and night to address concerns and assist with seamless operations.
Will I have to load and unload the truck?
No, we prioritize the convenience and efficiency of our drivers. We provide a no-touch freight experience, allowing our drivers to focus on the road while our expert teams handle the loading and unloading of the truck.
Can I rent a trailer from you?
While we do not offer trailer rentals to external parties, we do provide trailer rent options to owner-operators who do not have their own trailers. We aim to facilitate smooth operations for all our drivers.
What is the average gross owner-operators make at Paragon Freight?
Our valued owner-operators at Paragon Freight can expect to gross between $6,000 and $12,000. For ambitious team owner-operators, the earning potential increases, with an average gross of $12,000 to $20,000!
How heavy are the loads usually?
The majority of our loads are relatively light, ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 pounds. We prioritize the safety of our drivers and ensure that our loads are within acceptable weight limits.
Do you have any dedicated lanes?
While we currently don't have any immediate dedicated lanes available, we maintain strong relationships with prestigious clients such as Kawasaki, Microsoft, and other industry leaders. However, relying solely on these accounts may not provide the consistency of running the same routes repeatedly. Our primary focus remains on maintaining dedicated accounts with our largest customers, allowing us to efficiently serve all 48 states and provide diverse opportunities for our drivers.
Do you offer a lease to purchase?
Currently, we do not.

As of right now, we are focused on over-the-road transportation. We plan to expand into regional and local markets in the near future.
How long do your drivers stay out on the road?
Our drivers usually stay out 3 weeks at a time. Owner-operators can stay out less and have a bigger variety of routing options to choose from.
