How long are drivers out on the road?
Standard OTR rotations are 2 to 3 weeks out. Owner-operators generally have more scheduling flexibility. Home time is discussed during the application process.
Can I take the truck home?
Yes, as long as you have a safe and legal place to park it. For extended time off, we ask that the truck return to our yard.
Will I have to load and unload?
No. Paragon runs no-touch freight. Loading and unloading is handled at the dock.

Does Paragon Freight have a driver referral program?
Yes. Refer a qualified CDL-A driver who joins and stays, and you get paid. Bonuses are paid in two installments tied to tenure milestones. There is no cap on referrals.
